The outfit is in new condition. Taken out of box and looked at but never played with. The fitness accessories are gently played with but mostly displayed ,however, the TV’s volume will not turn up. The picture works just fine and it flips through the channels just fine. If you put your ear to the speaker you can hear the sound but it won’t turn up loudly for some reason.
